We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to join our team and help build and evolve the company’s design system. This role focuses on developing high-quality, reusable React components and supporting the infrastructure required to build, test, and release them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements analysis for new components and enhancements.
  • Develop new React components, and maintain our existing components.
  • Provide advice and guidance to junior colleagues as required to resolve specific challenges they're having and conduct design and code reviews.
  • Work with consumers to support integration, and investigate and address any issues.
  • Pass on knowledge through documentation and presentations to prevent key person dependencies.
  • Identify and advise on improvement opportunities and automate and simplify, test, and operations processes.
