We’re looking for a Shopper Insight Client Lead who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve dunnhumby’s Waitrose Supplier Insight Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities for us and influence global FMCGs. Driving best in class account management across a brilliant client portfolio, working closely with CPGs and helping to drive customer centric brand and category growth at Waitrose and identifying new business opportunities. Working closely with Waitrose to link up Client and Retail priorities to drive best in class Client Success.
What you’ll be working on:
- Managing a portfolio of medium sized clients, having access to our best in class customer insight tools
- Liaising with clients and retailers to understand business priorities
- Being a tool expert, consulting on how best to use it with CPGs
- Exposure to sales – selling the platform to new prospect suppliers
- Responsible for renewals
- Financial reporting and admin
- Thought leadership support
- Training clients

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject
- Understanding of the CPG industry
- Experience driving commercial value through sold products and services
- Ability to maintain relationships with suppliers
