We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Lead (9-month FTC) to support continued growth across an award winning Tesco Media team, with a strong focus on hiring talent from media agencies, media owners, retail media and adjacent ad tech environments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across Sales/Commercial, Media Planning, Client Services and Marketing.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders within Tesco Media to shape hiring strategies and talent plans.
  • Bring market insight from media organisations, advising on talent availability, skillsets and competitor landscapes.
  • Leading on recruitment and wider HR related projects.
  • Keep abreast of evolving AI initiatives and trends within the recruitment and wider HR space.
  • Manage and continuously improve hiring processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Represent dunnhumby’s employer brand in the media and ad tech talent market.
  • Use data and insight to influence decisions, track performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring in fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of sales, commercial and marketing roles.
