We combine deep insight, advanced technology, and close collaboration to help our clients grow, innovate, and deliver measurable value for their customers.

dunnhumby Network Alliance

The dunnhumby Network Alliance (dna) is designed to reshape how brands connect with customers across retail.

By bringing together multiple retailers, publishers and data environments into a single, unified ecosystem, dna enables advertisers to plan, activate and measure campaigns with a level of scale, consistency and accountability that has not previously been possible.

At its core, the aggregator is about removing fragmentation.

Today, retail media is a powerful and evolving space, offering brands rich opportunities to connect with audiences.

As the ecosystem continues to grow, brands often engage across multiple platforms, datasets and measurement approaches. dna builds on this momentum by introducing a federated approach—preserving the unique strengths of each partner while unlocking greater collective value through shared infrastructure, common standards and interoperable capabilities.

The Role

Act as the Product Director’s right hand on product, leading dna’s product strategy, portfolio, roadmap, and delivery.

This is a senior level role combining technical, commercial, and customer judgement to create scalable products that deliver measurable P&L impact.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate with high autonomy, owning dna's strategy, roadmap, and delivery end-to-end across campaign booking, inventory, targeting, measurement, and reporting.
  • Make portfolio and investment trade-offs, converting complex choices into clear recommendations and decisions for executive leadership.
  • Lead integrations and data flows across dunnhumby, Kevel, retailers, and publishers, turning partner needs into reusable, secure, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Use prototypes, experiments and AI/Gen AI to validate decisions, reduce delivery risk, and raise the bar while building it into dna's capabilities and ways of working.
  • Own adoption, performance, and commercial outcomes, including positioning and monetisation through OKRs and revenue targets.
  • Lead product practice, mentor PMs and represent the Product Director in senior internal and external forums, aligning stakeholders around decisions, investment, and outcomes.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • Seasoned background in product, including experience in Ad Tech, Mar Tech or retail media at senior IC level.
  • Proven 0-to-1 build and 1-to-N scaling across markets/partners.
  • Deep Ad Tech fluency: DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, bidding, attribution, identity, closed-loop measurement.
  • Experience with first-party data, clean rooms, and ML-driven targeting or measurement.
  • Proven ability to set a multi-year product vision and raise the operating standard with the rituals, cadence, and quality bar across a wider product, data and tech team.
  • C-suite credibility, commercial and investment judgement, and the ability to lead through ambiguity in a matrix organisation while applying AI pragmatically.
