We're looking for a talented Senior Media Client Services Manager - CRM & Content who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Media Client Services, this role will lead a team of Campaign Management and Production professionals to deliver end-to-end execution of advertiser-funded campaigns. This person will provide strategic expertise across the full campaign delivery lifecycle for all CRM and content-based media channels. This person is a key member of the Tesco UK Media Client Services leadership team and is expected to actively engage with senior stakeholders within Sales, Account Management and Sales Enablement.
What you'll be working on:
- Lead and develop Campaign Managers and Production Leads, ensuring excellence across CRM & personalised communications, print, and competition channels.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of advertiser-funded campaigns across these channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define media guidelines, workflows, and best practices.
- Manage resources and workload to maintain balance and efficiency across the team.
- Align direction with Client Services and Media Operations strategy and champion personalised communications.
- Use insights and performance data to optimise targeting and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure brand integrity and customer value in all communications.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to maximise revenue within channel guardrails.
- Integrate new CRM propositions and drive innovation in campaign delivery.
- Maintain compliance through strong governance and legal alignment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices across teams.
- Champion efficiency and change, identifying tools and processes to improve cost and time savings.
- Represent the function confidently, advocating for team achievements and influencing stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- Experience working in advertising/marketing/publishing.
- Demonstrated success in managing a team of managers as well as individual contributors.
- Proven experience in CRM, targeting communications, magazines, content marketing.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of targeting advertising, print production, digital marketing.
