Join our team! We are looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Relations to join our People team as 12-month maternity cover. As senior manager, you will lead our Employee Relations Centre of Excellence. It’s an opportunity to play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, productivity, and growth. You will be responsible for updating and implementing the employee relations roadmap, handling complex workplace issues, and leading initiatives that align with our organisational values and goals.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate your experience of working on cases across the globe with a leaning towards our EMEA markets.
- Coach, educate and mentor People Business Partners to enhance their skills and knowledge within employee relations.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employee relations roadmap that aligns with the company goals and values.
- Analyse ER data to develop proactive strategies for addressing workplace issues and improving our employee and manager experience.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex casework.
- Develop and lead training and development for the People team and managers on employee relations practices.
- Oversee the development and implementation of People Policies and procedures ensuring they are up-to-date, legally compliant and reflect best practices.
