The Role

As Product Design Manager, you will lead a talented team of designers and researchers shaping the future of Tesco Media's self-serve platform. This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll define design vision, champion user-centred practices, and ensure our platform delivers exceptional experiences for advertisers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design team (Product Designers, Content designer and Design system designers) across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive Design Strategy: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define the design roadmap for our self-serve B2B platform.
  • Deliver Impact: Ensure design solutions meet business objectives while delighting users - balancing usability, scalability, and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy-in, align priorities, and communicate design decisions effectively.
  • Champion Design Ops: Implement processes and tools that enable efficient, high-quality design delivery across teams.
