Tesco Media and Insight Platform is a partnership between Tesco, the UK’s largest grocery retailer, and dunnhumby, a global leader in Customer Data Science. We empower brands with granular insights so they can identify their most important customers and understand what matters to them.

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to improve Tesco Media’s Sales Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to enable Tesco Media and its clients to grow. This role will provide administrative support to our Media Sales Team with general co-ordination and account management in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Updating our regular systems, new bookings and contracts
  • Pipeline management of media campaigns
  • Invoicing of campaigns
  • Supporting the teams in building their audiences and segmentations for their media campaigns
  • Providing measurement for the campaigns once they are completed
  • Ensuring all actions are completed on time in full

You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes/ways of working, both within your team and for the wider Tesco Media teams. Throughout your work, you will interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, which will require a high level of organization, strong knowledge of prioritization and the ability to manage your own time, with the support of your team lead.
