This role is central to building clarity, alignment and engagement across the organisation — translating complex ideas into simple, human storytelling that strengthens understanding, trust and advocacy.

  • Lead the global internal communications strategy aligned to dunnhumby’s vision, brand narrative and long-term ambitions.
  • Shape a clear, consistent narrative about strategy, priorities and transformation across all teams and Missions.
  • Strengthen leadership visibility by shaping impactful communication moments and enabling two-way dialogue.
  • Manage communications around transformation, change and sensitive issues with clarity and confidence.
  • Build a strong partnership with Tesco Group Internal Communications.
  • Champion AI-enabled communications to improve productivity, personalisation and measurement.
  • Manage the internal communications budget and reporting.
