We’re looking for a talented Head of Creative Studio who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Operations Team, this role will lead media campaign creative execution across all Connected Store, Digital Onsite and Offsite channels to deliver campaigns which deliver measurable growth for our clients. As a member of the Media Operations Leadership Team, actively contribute to the definition of the media operations strategy, aligned to the overall Tesco Media Strategy & Goals and expect this person to provide a service to create significant and profitable revenue growth for Tesco Media.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Lead and inspire a world-class team of Creative and Design experts (UK & offshore), ensuring the right talent is in the right place to deliver exceptional work.
  • Shape the creative vision by building strategies that align with Tesco Media’s big-picture goals and drive impactful campaigns.
  • Push boundaries by partnering with Media leaders to deliver bold, innovative design solutions that elevate campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Champion creativity across the business — be the go-to expert for clients, sales teams, and stakeholders, influencing campaigns that make a difference.
  • Drive innovation in new products and channels, from Connected Store to Digital Onsite and Offsite, shaping the future of media experiences.
  • Own the playbook — set success metrics, guidelines, and ways of working that keep everyone aligned and campaigns flawless.
  • Simplify and elevate creative guidelines to ensure every campaign hits the highest standards and delivers measurable success.
  • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to onboard cutting-edge tools and vendors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What we expect from you:

  • Experience working in advertising/marketing/communications/publishing/graphic design.
  • Strong track record and experience of overseeing high volume design and how to turnaround tight deadlines in a creative setting.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading teams.
  • Proven experience working in a Media Client Services environment.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of Retail Media and Digital Media Platforms.
