About the role

We’re looking for a Client Partnership Lead to manage and grow relationships across a portfolio of clients, delivering insight‑led solutions that help them make better commercial decisions. This role is well suited to someone with a solid background in consultative sales, account management or insight delivery, who enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams to shape solutions and drive value. You’ll sit at the intersection of client delivery, commercial growth and data‑driven insight, supporting both existing partnerships and new commercial opportunities. This is not a transactional sales role. It combines hands‑on client management, insight storytelling and consultative selling, with the opportunity to grow in scope and complexity over time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of client relationships, acting as a day‑to‑day commercial and insight partner
  • Delivering insight‑led projects and solutions in collaboration with consulting, analytics and delivery teams
  • Supporting the full sales cycle across your client base, including opportunity identification, proposal development, pitching and renewal conversations
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client engagement through upsell and cross sell of relevant solutions
  • Turning data into clear, actionable insight and recommendations that support client decision making
  • Leading regular client conversations and presentations, adapting your approach to different stakeholders
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline and forecast, keeping systems and stakeholders up to date
  • Building strong internal relationships to ensure effective delivery and consistent client experience

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a commercial, account management, consulting or insight‑led role
  • Exposure to selling or delivering data‑driven, analytical or insight‑based solutions
  • Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to commercial conversations
  • Ability to communicate insight clearly and translate data into practical actions
  • Experience working with retailers, FMCG, media, consultancy or insight‑driven environments

You don’t need to come from a traditional sales background. What matters is your ability to build relationships, understand client needs and use insight to create value.

Why join dunnhumby

  • Work with market‑leading data, brands and retailers
  • Gain exposure to complex client challenges and real commercial impact
  • Develop consultative, commercial and insight skills in a supportive environment
  • Join a collaborative culture that values curiosity, learning and delivery excellence
