We're looking for a talented Change Manager, Retail Media (12-month FTC) who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Business Planning and Transformation team at Tesco Media, this role will shape strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. This role will work across internal teams, clients and external partners.
What you'll be working on:
- Design and deliver change strategies for complex, cross-functional programmes.
- Create integrated plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness.
- Lead clear, engaging communications for internal teams and clients to build buy-in.
- Coordinate training, onboarding, and capability-building to prepare teams for success.
- Track adoption, measure impact, and refine approaches to embed sustainable change.
