- Guide and influence stakeholders through the full range process from insight generation to decision-making, ensuring recommendations are understood and applied.
- Interrogate data and dashboards to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality and accuracy.
- Align with buyer strategies, overlaying commercial context onto your recommendations to ensure relevance and impact.
- Educate and upskill stakeholders on new tools and methodologies, helping embed data-led thinking across the business.
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping up to date with tool enhancements and feeding into continuous improvement loops.
- Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and oversight throughout the delivery process.
What you will need:

- Comfortable working with data, able to interpret questions and apply insights to drive decisions.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritisation skills.
- A proactive, curious mindset, always looking for ways to improve and add value.
Why join us: You will be part of a passionate, forward-thinking team that is transforming how Tesco makes ranging decisions.
