  • Deliver end‑to‑end campaign excellence: Manage campaigns from concept to launch, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
  • Create compelling narratives: Develop insight‑led collateral and storytelling that clearly communicates the value of each opportunity.
  • Drive revenue growth: Identify new opportunities and evolve existing propositions to maximise commercial impact.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner with Sales, Strategy, Insight, Product, and Client Services to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships: Work closely with internal teams and Tesco partners to align priorities and ensure delivery against critical paths.
  • Improve processes and ways of working: Identify efficiencies and enhance governance, communication, and campaign execution.
  • Enable and support sales teams: Provide training, tools, and campaign materials to help teams effectively take propositions to market.
  • Manage multiple projects at pace: Balance competing priorities while maintaining high standards in a fast‑moving environment.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong understanding of media and marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in media, retail media, or marketing environments.
  • Experience using insights or analytics to inform campaigns.
  • Familiarity with go‑to‑market strategy and proposition development.
  • Experience working with or enabling sales teams.

What you can expect from us:
