  • Creating initiatives that build inclusion, belonging and psychological safety across the business.
  • Supporting and enabling our DEI networks to grow, connect colleagues and drive advocacy.
  • Balancing global culture initiatives with locally led activity, always mindful of different cultural contexts.
  • Using data and clear KPIs to track progress, measure impact and continuously improve.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering culture, engagement and/or DEI initiatives in a complex organisation.
  • A strong background in listening, insight and action planning—and a genuine curiosity about colleague experience.
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to influence behaviour and ways of working.
  • A thoughtful, data‑informed approach to prioritising work and demonstrating impact.

It would be a bonus if you have:

  • Experience working in a matrixed or multi‑country environment.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting or working with employee or DEI networks.
  • Exposure to a Talent, L&D or People Centre of Expertise.
  • A relevant qualification in HR, Change or a related field.

We won’t just meet your expectations. We’ll defy them. Enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you’d expect from a leading technology company, alongside personal flexibility such as flexible working hours and a birthday off. Benefit from an investment in cutting‑edge technology while experiencing a nimble, small‑business feel that allows you to play, experiment and learn. We value and respect difference and are committed to building an inclusive culture by creating an environment where you can balance a successful career with your commitments and interests outside of work.
