  • Identify adoption gaps and work with stakeholders to embed enablement into Agile, product‑led delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Business Analysis and Release teams to align communications with product vision and process change.
  • Deliver clear, consistent communications that explain the who, what, why and how of Salesforce releases.
  • Design and deliver role‑based training that supports both system usage and expected user behaviours.

  • Gather user feedback, identify risks, and continuously improve the adoption approach.

What we expect from you:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and CPQ.
  • Experience working in Agile or product‑led delivery environments.

  • Experience designing and delivering training and enablement programmes.
  • Confidence creating and managing documentation using modern tooling, including AI.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure adoption and value realisation.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to assess cross‑functional impacts across people, process and technology.
