Overview

Senior Manager, Employee Relations (12-month maternity cover) will lead the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.

This role aims to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and growth by updating and implementing the employee relations roadmap and addressing complex workplace issues across EU markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Employee Relations Centre of Excellence.
  • Update and implement the employee relations roadmap aligned with company goals and values.
  • Handle complex workplace issues across EU markets with a focus on compliant, effective resolution.
  • Coach, educate and mentor People Business Partners to enhance skills and knowledge in employee relations.
  • Develop and lead training and development for the People team and managers on employee relations practices.
  • Analyse ER data to develop proactive strategies for addressing workplace issues and improving the employee and manager experience.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex casework.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of People Policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and legally compliant.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reflect best practices and organisational values in ER initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing complex employee relations casework.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring HR/People Partners in employee relations.
  • Ability to analyse ER data and translate insights into proactive strategies.
  • Strong partnership skills with the ability to influence across EU markets.
  • Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures that are legally compliant.
