We're looking for a talented Category Alignment Project Management Lead who expects more from their career. Sitting within the Go To Market Team, you'll help drive strategic projects across Tesco Media, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Category, Sales, Product, Client Services and other key stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role focused on delivering change, supporting business priorities, and helping bring new media opportunities and initiatives to market.
What you'll be working on:
- Supporting project planning and delivery across media and commercial initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones and objectives are achieved.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, collaboration and successful project outcomes.
- Turning insights into action by using customer, category and campaign data to identify opportunities and support business growth.
- Managing stakeholder communications, facilitating discussions, tracking actions and ensuring clear updates across projects.
- Supporting media and commercial programmes across the Tesco Media portfolio to help deliver value for clients and customers.
- Maintaining project governance, including plans, trackers, documentation and status reporting.
- Driving continuous improvement by identifying ways to simplify processes and improve delivery effectiveness.
- Building category and retail media expertise, developing a strong understanding of the Tesco Media ecosystem and wider media landscape.
