dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science. We are looking for a Retailer‑facing Senior Client Lead on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, focused on personalisation and activation, working closely with Tesco’s Insight, Personalisation and Media teams.
Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholders, establishing trust with new and existing clients.
- Deep understanding of personalisation, loyalty, or media proposition mechanics and retail levers to drive customer relevance at speed and scale.
- Unlock commercial value through more relevant and timely products, services or experiences for customers.
- Identify opportunities for increased supplier investment, measurement and optimisation.
- Analyse data to solve challenging problems and deliver business value; translate insight into clear, compelling messages.
- Act as a natural problem solver with a sharp, curious mind and proactive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deliver work on schedule.
