dunnhumby is seeking a Change Management Lead to join our Retail Consulting team on a permanent basis.
Based in our Hammersmith office, you will drive change across large-scale programmes with Tesco UK, embedding new ways of working across Price, Promotion, Personalisation and Range to deliver measurable value.
You will develop roadmaps, assess readiness, and partner with Product, Commercial and Capability teams to ensure adoption at scale.
