About Tesco Media

Our Media Client Services team is the operational heartbeat of Tesco Media — bringing together campaign management, trafficking, delivery and reporting to make every brand and agency partnership run flawlessly. About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Junior Production Associate to support the delivery of high-quality, relevant and targeted in-store creative campaigns for Tesco Media. You’ll help execute printed communications that are accurate, error free, delivered on time and in line with dunnhumby standards. You’ll work with internal stakeholders as well as our print, installation and photography partners, building valuable hands‑on experience across creative production and retail media.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You’ll play an important role in keeping in-store campaigns organised, accurate and moving smoothly through production.
  • Collate standard BAU in-store media requirements, including sourcing store lists and preparing communications for our print and installation partner.
  • Gather installation instructions and imagery from internal stakeholders, ensuring partners and other stakeholders have the information they need for successful delivery.
  • Compile, organise and summarise installation compliance data, providing clear outputs when required.
  • Support the briefing of our professional photographer and associated production tasks, including uploading and tagging assets within Bynder.
  • Help ensure communications meet quality standards through careful checking, accurate record keeping and effective coordination with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • You’ll bring a strong eye for detail, an organised approach and an enthusiasm for developing your career in production and retail media.
  • Experience engaging confidently and collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Relevant experience in production, print or media, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to help deliver accurate, high‑quality work to deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage information and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Excel; experience using CRM or workflow tools such as Monday.com or Salesforce would be advantageous.
