dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, partnering with the world’s most ambitious retailers and brands to put the customer at the heart of every decision. We combine deep insight, advanced technology, and close collaboration to help our clients grow, innovate, and deliver measurable value for their customers. dunnhumby employs nearly 2,500 experts in offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas working for transformative, iconic brands such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Unilever and Metro.

dunnhumby Network Alliance (dna) is an open, collaborative Retail and Commerce Media service designed to unify a fragmented market and unlock growth for brands, agencies and retailers. Operating as a neutral layer across multiple retail partners, dna brings together audiences, inventory and intelligence enabling a single, simplified point of entry to cross-retailer media at scale. Built in partnership with Kevel and powered by dunnhumby’s data and expertise, dna connects brand and performance across the full customer journey, delivering more transparent, consistent and effective outcomes in an increasingly complex media landscape.

As Senior Campaign Manager, you will help deliver campaigns across the dna ecosystem with consistency, care and a strong eye for quality. This role is about making complex campaign delivery feel seamless — coordinating internal and external stakeholders, process and detail to ensure seamless activation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will work with brands, retailers, creative, product, operations and measurement teams to deliver campaigns from briefing to completion, and help build scalable processes and operation models to continually improve delivery and maintain high standards.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of dna campaigns, including campaign setup, activation and in-flight management to ensure delivery against agreed budgets and targets.
  • Ensure campaign readiness and execution, validating assets, formats, tracking and policy compliance, while coordinating brands, internal teams and retailers to deliver campaigns on time.
  • Own campaign status and issue resolution, maintaining clear visibility on delivery, resolving problems and escalating where required.
  • Own quality assurance and campaign documentation so delivery is consistent and compliant throughout the process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and simplify delivery across repeat campaign activity.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple campaigns and parallel workstreams, adapting to changing priorities and taking ownership of work beyond core campaign management where required.
  • Help scale a significant new entry in market.

What We're Looking For

  • You are operationally strong, highly organised and have proven experience keeping multiple threads moving at once.
  • You notice the details others miss, and you know that campaign delivery is built on consistency, accuracy, pace and follow-through.
  • You’ve delivered digital ad campaigns end to end and understand what it takes to keep quality high when timelines are tight.
  • You bring strong coordination skills and know how to keep external and internal teams aligned without creating unnecessary complexity.
  • You’re rigorous on detail, especially where documentation, QA and delivery accuracy matter most.
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoy improving process and can see where small changes can drive efficiency and improve ways of working.
  • You’re interested in retail media and motivated by the chance to help shape and build an industry leading proposition.
  • Strong understanding and experience across retailers, inventory and audience partners.
