This role sits within our Strategic Insights function and is responsible for transforming how insight-led projects are delivered—moving from bespoke outputs to scalable, high-quality solutions that drive consistent, customer-first value across clients and teams. This is a hybrid role based in our Hammersmith office.

Key accountabilities
  • Design and implement frameworks that convert bespoke insight projects into repeatable, scalable solutions, enabling consistent delivery across teams and clients.
  • Assess and evolve key project types by balancing value to dunnhumby against effort required, ensuring efficient and commercially impactful delivery.
  • Identify and embed opportunities to accelerate delivery through AI, automation and improved workflows, partnering closely with analytics and research teams.
  • Define and uphold standards for best-in-class outputs, building reusable templates and ensuring work is insight-led, visually strong and client-ready.
  • Support the delivery of complex and high-priority projects, acting as a trusted partner to ensure quality, consistency and clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Create a shared view of delivery standards, progress and expectations, reducing duplication and enabling teams to move faster.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of scalable solutions, templates and case studies that demonstrate value creation and support wider adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Strategic Insights, Analytics and wider teams to continuously optimise how projects are delivered at scale.
  • Champion new ways of working, including the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and impact.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that strengthens Strategic Insights’ reputation for excellence and scalability.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject.
  • Experience in project delivery, operations or enablement, ideally within insight, analytics or consulting environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling processes across multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Experience working with data, research or technical teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strong interest in AI, automation and evolving ways of working.
  • Ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
