About the Role
We're looking for a Client Partnership Associate to join our UK Insights team.This is ideal for someone at who is excited by retail, customer behaviour and the power of data to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, supporting the delivery of insight-led work for some of the UK's leading FMCG brands while developing your commercial, analytical and relationship management skills.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in helping clients turn customer understanding into action while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
- Support the delivery of client projects, presentations and recurring insight outputs.
- Coordinate client requests, actions and timelines to ensure work is delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with analysing customer and category data to support recommendations and commercial discussions.
- Build relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve client engagement and ways of working.
