Role Purpose
To manage the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the organisation’s vehicle fleet, ensuring full compliance with transport legislation and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day fleet operations, including HGVs.
- Ensure compliance with DVSA, O-Licence, drivers hours and tachograph regulations.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance, servicing, inspections and MOTs.
- Manage driver compliance, including licences, CPC and training.
- Monitor fleet costs, incidents and performance.
- Maintain accurate compliance and fleet records.
