Location: Coventry, CV3
Working Days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Contract Type: 1-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Refuse Loader to join a busy waste management team in Coventry (CV3). This role involves working as part of a crew to collect household and commercial waste and recycling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently load refuse and recycling onto collection vehicles

• Follow health and safety protocols at all times

• Assist the driver with navigation and reversing as required

• Interact with the public in a professional manner

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• Punctuality and good attendance record

• Good level of physical fitness – heavy lifting involved

• Ability to work well as part of a team

• Previous experience in waste collection is desirable but not essential
