We are recruiting for Multi Skilled Trade Persons to work with our client in the Nottingham area. These roles are within a secure environment and you would need to be willing to undertake security vetting to an enhanced level. Working shifts are Mon-Thur 08:00-17:00 / Fri 16:00 and every 3 weeks weekend cover.
Main Purpose
To carry out routine repairs and maintenance to tenanted properties. To undertake a wide range of maintenance works in domestic properties, to include decoration, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property
- Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace
- Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales
- Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Co-ordination Team
- To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives
- To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties
- To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements
Qualifications
- Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
- City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline
- Current full UK driving licence
