Lynx Employment are currently recruiting experienced HGV Drivers for a winter maintenance contract based in Kinross. This is a full-time temporary role running through to the end of April 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent hours with competitive overtime rates and weekly on-call allowance.
The Role
- Operating HGV vehicles as part of the winter maintenance programme
- Gritting and snow clearance duties
- When not driving, carrying out general yard duties
- Participating in an on-call rota during the winter season
Hours of Work (39 hours per week)
- Day Shift
- Monday Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am 1:30pm
- Monday Thursday: 6:00pm 2:30am
- Friday: 6:00pm 1:30am
Requirements
- Valid HGV Licence (Class 1 or Class 2)
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous winter maintenance or similar experience desirable
- Flexible and reliable with ability to work shifts and on-call
