Pay: £15 per hour Location: Scotland Based in Edinburgh or Eurocentral (occasional travel between both) Industry: Facilities Management (FM experience beneficial) Key Requirements Strong Excel skills (essential) Quick learner with the ability to meet tight deadlines Prior experience in a financial/commercial administrative role Experience in Facilities Management industry is advantageous Responsibilities Provide general commercial and administrative support to the team Manage monthly invoicing, accruals, prepayments, and financial schedules Track and report on WIP and debt movements Liaise with supply chain on invoicing and payment queries Ensure invoice validation and payment in line with policy Maintain accurate financial records and reports Support in KPI delivery and perform ad-hoc admin tasks Desirable Skills Strong organisation and communication skills Familiarity with purchasing policies and fair payment practices Understanding of contract administration in Scotland Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr
