Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Architectural Technologist, based in Exeter. The role involves in-office project running and managing projects from inception through to completion. Day-to-day tasks include technical design, detailed project planning, and coordination with the design team. Projects will range from one-off houses to large residential developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years post-degree qualification (or equivalent) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in technical and detail design
- Experience in project management and job running
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
