Your Mission:
- Facilitate Excellence: Lead engaging ground and simulator training sessions, helping pilots master core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
- Create Impact: Develop and deliver tailored training materials, meeting the unique needs of each client and ensuring their success.
- Measure Success: Evaluate client progress, recommend additional training if needed, and celebrate their milestones as they achieve their qualifications.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise and detailed training records, supporting each client’s journey to excellence.
- Champion Safety: Stay up to date on aviation safety standards, regulations, and best practices, maintaining your instructor qualifications and commitment to excellence.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A passion for education and mentorship, with first-class facilitation and customer service skills.

- Licences: A valid ICAO licence with the relevant flight time requirements dependent upon program.
