The company is an innovative manufacturer of viscometer solutions for material characterization. Their solutions offer the smallest sample volume per measurement coupled with exceptional ease of use and accuracy. They are used in a variety of industries such as biopharma, chemicals, consumer, petrochemicals, academic, electronics, food and beverage. They now have an exciting opportunity to join their commercial team as the Distributor Manager for EMEA.

The Position:

Your primary responsibilities are to manage existing distribution partners and establish new partnerships across the EMEA region. You will also be responsible for product demonstrations and customer training to current and potential partners. You will be promoting a range of viscometers, consumables, and software. The role is home office-based, with an estimated 50% travel to customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

The Requirements:

  • Bachelor, Masters, or PhD in a scientific field is essential: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or other scientific related field.
  • Experience managing distributor partners promoting analytical chemistry/life science capital equipment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English is essential.
  • Comfortable with occasional travel across EMEA.
