Are you a genuine all-round vet who loves the countryside, good clientele and great craic? If yes, then this is the practice for you! We are a looking for an enthu-siastic vet to join our very friendly team. At Dunmuir our kettle is never cold, we love cake, and you can bring your dog to work with you. We are based in the rural town of Castle Douglas amongst the rolling Galloway Hills so if countryside is your thing, we have it covered!
Successful candidates will join a dedicated and supportive team of four vets and six support staff, serving an excellent clientele. The post would ideally suit someone with experience however, full mentoring and support would be offered including the XL Vets Graduate Programme to a new graduate.
We are a truly mixed practice who tries to do it all. Begin your day scanning cows, nip back to spay a cat and finish your day at 5pm clipping a dog\’s nails. We are well kitted out for all aspects of large and small animal work plus offer a range of perks including a CPD allowance, RCVS, BVA and BVS memberships.
