We produce items for some of the world's well-known brands such as JCB, New Holland Tractors, Volvo and John Deere, under our licensed brand name of DUNLOP. We currently require an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team at the Burgess Hill site.
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured components meet company and customer quality standards. The successful candidate will perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process, verify compliance with engineering drawings and specifications, and support continuous improvement in quality performance.
- Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections of machined components.
- Record and maintain accurate inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and relevant standards.
- Work closely with production teams to maintain quality standards and improve processes.
Previous experience in a Quality Control or Inspection role within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment is required. Experience with quality systems and documentation, CMM programming and inspection, and knowledge of ISO quality standards is also necessary. A background in CNC machining or precision manufacturing is preferred.
Full time hours: Monday to Thursday, Friday total 39 hours per week, 28 days paid annual leave per year.
