We are seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children, supporting their developmental needs through engaging activities and personalised care. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • To plan, prepare and implement appropriate planning for children of all stages of development and look at next steps.
  • To work with all age groups, and cover in different rooms as required.
  • To work in partnership with parents and carers and external agencies.
  • To follow and implement all of the policies and procedures set out by the nursery.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:

  • Preferably NVQ level 3 or above, but will consider an experienced Level 2.
  • A firm understanding of the EYFS.
  • Good communication and social skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience with managing young children in a caring environment.
