The Role
The Travel Advisor is responsible for client onboarding, live concierge execution, and membership conversion following onboarding. This role operates at the bottom of the funnel once a user is qualified and invited. The focus is execution and consistency across the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding
- Lead human-led onboarding calls for invited users
- Capture client preferences, patterns, and expectations
- Guide users through app setup and first use
- Ensure clarity, confidence, and readiness to engage
- Membership Conversion
- Own conversion from onboarded users to paid members
- Frame membership as natural continuation of onboarding
- Manage follow-ups, decision timing, and payment links
- Track conversion outcomes and reasons for non-conversion
- Live Concierge Execution
- Manage active client requests across travel, experiences, and lifestyle
- Prepare proposals, itineraries, and recommendations
- Coordinate with partners and vendors to fulfill requests
- Maintain high standards of communication and discretion
- Product Feedback
- Identify friction points and recurring patterns

Requirements
- 5–8+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, lifestyle management, or high-touch client experience
- Experience working with HNW / UHNW clients
- Proficiency with digital tools, CRMs, and internal operating systems
- Familiarity with GDS platforms used in travel and hospitality operations
- Experience issuing or managing travel bookings directly
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and sound judgment
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, early-stage environments
