The Role
- Preparing monthly accounts & reconciling bank statements
- Managing invoices, payments, payroll preparation, VAT returns & stock valuations
- Acting as first point of contact for enquiries
- Managing office calendars, correspondence, direct debits & databases
- Coordinating fixtures, travel, and ticket requests
- Supporting volunteer and coach record-keeping
- Assisting with funding documentation and licence applications
