About the Role

The role involves leading partner and customer development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and marketing targets.

Responsibilities

  • Leading partners and customers development and be responsible for customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake sales targets and be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing targets (order, market, profitability).
  • Builds, manages and enhances the company's sales operations in the specified territory, including setting future strategic sales direction.
  • Initiates and implements strategic alliances with key partners-distributors /Project Integrators and customers.
  • Identifies market opportunities both within and outside of traditional client base and develops strategies to penetrate those markets.
  • Attends trade shows, conferences, and customer workshops, etc, to promote Dunext brand locally.
  • Provides outstanding customer support.
  • Other duties as may be required or assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience, past experience in sales of solar inverter and battery storage involving clients is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales.
  • Understand the basic solar and storage principles, understand the system single line diagram related knowledge, familiar with the energy storage system architecture, able to communicate with customer about basic technical solutions.
  • English as the main working language. Local language is a must.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • Strong networking abilities.
