Stock and Delivery Supervisor (Stock Coach)
If you\’re all about creating calm from chaos, love a well-organised space and take pride in doing things properly (first time, every time), you might just be our next Stock Coach.
You\’ll lead a high-performing team and play a vital role in keeping our shelves full, our stock accurate, and our store running like clockwork. That means looking after on-shelf availability, ensuring accurate stock integrity, and rolling up your sleeves to ensure efficient stock management.
From keeping the warehouse neat and tidy to making sure our stock audits and stocktakes go off without a hitch, you\’ll have a big part to play in keeping everything running smoothly. You\’ll also keep an eye on deliveries – helping to make sure goods come in as they should and get to the right place quickly.
It\’s a hands-on role where your attention to detail will make life easier – not just for customers, but for your team too. You\’ll be helping people find what they need, when they need it, and making sure the store feels as good behind the scenes as it does out front.
What you\’ll be doing
- Keep shopping simple and enjoyable by making sure our shelves are well-stocked and everything is merchandised just the way it should be.
- Keep it safe and sorted – a tidy warehouse is a happy warehouse. You\’ll help create a space where people feel confident and ready to work.
- Keep shelves full – manage deliveries and make sure clear handovers happen so the next shift knows what\’s what.
- Contribute to a smooth Click & Collect experience – by keeping the warehouse in great shape and stock records accurate, you\’ll help make picking quicker and reduce missed items
- Investigate Click & Collect shorts daily – using PowerBI to figure out what went wrong, and how to fix it
- Take a weekly walk around the warehouse with your Store Coach to spot any sales opportunities or areas for improvement
- Make a plan – use the Stock Focus Planner to map out your week, and ensure your team are informed and engaged with the plan from the get-go
- Stay compliant – complete monthly stock self-audits to make sure everything\’s as it should be.
- Protect our profits – manage Less Than Perfect Stock carefully and make sure returns are processed with all the right info.
What we\’ll look for in you
- Celebrate wins (big and small) to keep energy high and the team feeling great
- Be there for your team – hold regular one-to-ones, progress and career conversations to support wellbeing and store succession plans
- Bring the team together – support the Leadership Team in bringing your store\’s Engagement Action Plan to life.
- Create a winning culture – lead in a way that builds trust, motivation and long-term success.
- Spot talent, offer learning opportunities and help your team build their careers
