Every great customer experience starts behind the scenes – your work sets the tone for everything our customers see and feel. If you’re all about creating calm through organisation, love a well‑designed space and take pride in doing things properly (first time, every time), you might just be our next Stock Supervisor.

You’ll lead a high‑performing team and play a vital role in keeping our shelves full, our stock accurate, and our store running like clockwork. That means staying on top of availability, maintaining strong stock integrity, and getting hands‑on with efficient stock processes – all to ensure every shopper enjoys a smooth, reliable experience from the moment they step inside.

From keeping the warehouse neat and tidy to making sure our stock audits and stocktakes go off without a hitch, you’ll help create a seamless experience behind the scenes that directly supports great service out front. You’ll also keep an eye on deliveries – making sure products arrive on time and are quickly in place, so people can rely on us to have what they’re looking for, exactly when they need it.

It’s a hands‑on role where your attention to detail will make life easier – not just for your team, but for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll be helping people find what they need, when they need it, and making sure the store feels just as good behind the scenes as it does on the shop floor.

What you\’ll be doing

  • Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way.
  • Make shopping simple and enjoyable by making sure our shelves are well‑stocked and everything is merchandised, helping people find what they need with ease.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
  • Create a safe and efficient workspace by keeping the warehouse tidy and organised – supporting a team that’s ready to deliver great service every step of the way.
  • Keep shelves full – manage deliveries and ensure clear handovers so the next shift can keep things moving and customers aren’t left waiting.
  • Support a smooth Click & Collect experience by maintaining accurate stock records and a well‑run back area, making it easier to pick orders quickly and correctly.
  • Investigate Click & Collect shorts daily – using analytics tools like PowerBI to understand what went wrong and how to fix it, helping improve the customer journey.
  • Walk the warehouse weekly with your Store Coach to spot opportunities that could enhance both team performance and the overall shopping journey.
  • Make a plan – use the Stock Focus Planner to map out your week, and ensure your team are informed and engaged so customers benefit from a well‑run store.
  • Stay compliant – complete monthly stock self‑audits to ensure everything’s as it should be, supporting a reliable and trustworthy shopping experience.
  • Protect our profits – manage Less Than Perfect Stock carefully and make sure returns are processed with all the right info, helping us offer great value to customers.

What we\’ll look for in you

  • You are customer obsessed – you inspire your team to put customers first and lead by example in every interaction.
  • Celebrate wins (big and small) to keep energy high and the team motivated to deliver great service.
  • Be there for your team – hold regular one‑to‑ones, progress and career conversations to support wellbeing and build a team that’s ready to put customers first.
  • Bring the team together – support the Leadership Team in bringing your store’s Engagement Action Plan to life, creating a positive environment for both colleagues and consumers.
  • Create a winning culture – lead in a way that builds trust, motivation and long‑term success.
  • Spot talent, offer learning opportunities and help your team build their careers – so they can grow and deliver even better experiences.

We’re not after a carbon copy of anyone else. We want people who bring something new to the table – different perspectives, fresh ideas, and a shared love of making our stores feel like home.
