If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and making people smile, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be the friendly face our customers remember. Whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, or customer service, your people skills will shine here just as much as your knack for “getting things done.”

You’ll be out and about, visiting customers in their homes to help turn their ideas into reality and be part of those “wow” moments when everything comes together. It’s a role where you get to make someone’s day (and their window!) amazing. If you’ve ever hung a picture straight or tackled a flat‑pack without tears, you’re already on the right track. • A full tool kit – we’ll supply everything you need
  • A fuel card so you’re never out of pocket
  • Full training on our products, systems, and customer service approach
  • A supportive team and a business that’s big on development and progression

What you'll be doing:

  • Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way
  • Visit customers’ homes to carry out professional curtain and blind fittings as part of our Made to Measure service
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience
  • Measure windows accurately to ensure a perfect fit for every product
  • Install a range of window dressings with precision and care
  • Deliver a warm, professional service that puts customers at ease and leaves a lasting impression
  • Manage your own schedule and plan your day efficiently to meet appointment times
  • Maintain your van and tools, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready to go
  • Handle basic customer queries on‑site and escalating any issues where needed
  • Follow health and safety guidelines and work tidily and respectfully in customers’ homes
  • Represent the Dunelm brand with pride, professionalism, and a customer‑first mindset

What we’ll look for in you:

  • A full UK driving licence – essential for traveling to customers
  • Great with people – can make someone feel comfortable, whether in a friendly chat or helping them transform their space
  • Handy – if you’ve used a drill or tape measure before, brilliant! If not, we’ll teach you. We hire for attitude and potential.
  • A sharp eye – you spot the little things that make a big difference and take pride in doing a job properly
  • A friendly, can‑do vibe – you’re approachable, professional, and always happy to help
