Responsibilities:
- While meeting high standards for Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, our Coffee Shop Assistants work as part of a tight‑knit team, working well under pressure and excelling in product knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
- Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way.
- Serve hot and cold beverages that delight our customers.
- Dish up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy.
