Your local store is looking for a minimum 16 hrs per week Sales Assistant. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week. The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and a Saturday or Sunday shift.

With customer focus as the number one priority, our Sales Assistants are the first point of contact for helping customers and are always interacting with them, ensuring they leave satisfied and with a positive impression to encourage return visits.
What you\’ll be doing
The role involves being trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life:
- Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns, ensuring all items are complete and fragile items are packed securely for safe delivery.
- Shop floor – Assisting customers in finding products and providing excellent service to foster loyalty and a love for our products and team.
- Hosting – Using our iPad systems to order products not found on shelves, including bespoke curtain and blind orders, and styling departments like bedding displays to inspire customers.
- Stock and Delivery – Handling deliveries, stock checking, merchandising, updating prices, replenishing stock, and maintaining store tidiness, always considering customer needs.
