Pay –
16-17 – £7.55 per hour.
18+ – £12.21 per hour.
Your local store is looking for a minimum 8 hours per week Sales Assistant. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week. The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and a Saturday or Sunday shift.

With customer focus as the top priority, our Sales Assistants are the first point of contact for helping customers and are always interacting with them to ensure they leave satisfied and eager to return.
What you\’ll be doing
The role involves being trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life:
- Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns, ensuring all items are complete, and fragile items are packed securely for safe delivery.
- Shop floor – Assisting customers in finding products and providing excellent service to foster loyalty and a love for our products and team.
- Hosting – Using our iPad systems to order products for delivery when items are out of stock, and creating bespoke curtain and blind orders to customer specifications. You will also style departments such as bedding displays to inspire customers and help them select the perfect items.
- Stock and Delivery – Involving physical work with some heavy lifting, focusing on merchandising, updating prices, tidying the store, taking deliveries, checking stock, and replenishing shelves while keeping customer needs in mind.
