Responsibilities
- The Payroll & People Services Assistant role will sit within the People Services function reporting to the Payroll Lead.
- The People Services function is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the colleague lifecycle including key areas such as:
- Contract Production/Amends
- Leaver Processing
- All Statutory Leave Processing (SMP/SPP/SSP)
- Statutory Returns (P11D, P60, P45)
- Pension Governance & Administration
- Minimum Wage Compliance
- Payroll Processing for 12,000 colleagues
- Fleet Administration Processes
