Barista / Coffee Shop Assistant
From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day - and you’ll be right at the centre of it all.
18+ - £12.71 per hour.
16-17 - £8.00 per hour.
Seasonal position lasting until 13 February 2027.
Minimum 20hrs per week.
What you'll be doing
- Be customer obsessed – consistently consider the impact of your actions on the customer experience, and strive to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way
- Serving hot and cold beverages that delight our customers
- Dishing up our delicious savoury and sweet food items, ensuring presentation sparks joy
- Ensuring all cooked food is nice and hot so they can be enjoyed as intended
- Keeping the restaurant tables clear and sanitised as promptly as possible to maintain our customers high expectations
- Providing an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, service area and restaurant
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to support strong CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores, ensuring every customer receives a welcoming, helpful, and memorable experience.
- As part of this role you will be working and in contact with a variety of different ingredients including dairy, nuts, meat products including pork

- You have previous experience working closely with a team and you’ll ideally have prior work experience in a similar environment
