Dunelm is hiring for a full-time, permanent Customer Service role. You will assist customers by phone, live chat, email and social media with product questions and delivery updates.
This is a remote role with the option to work from one of our sites if you prefer, including the Customer Care Centre in Radcliffe, Manchester or the Store Support Site in Leicester. Training is provided and hours include evenings and weekends to support customers.
