You will cover stores around the South of London, including planned new stores around the area. Someone who’s got a head for operations, a heart for people, and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences—no matter how or where our customers choose to shop. It’s a hands‑on role where your attention to detail will make life easier – not just for customers, but for your team too. You’ll be helping people find what they need, when they need it, and making sure the store feels as good behind the scenes as it does out front.
What you’ll be doing:
- Customer Acquisition: grow your local presence – boosting Facebook followers, encouraging e‑receipts, finding smart ways to bring new customers through the door.
- Customer Obsession: coach and empower Hosts to deliver seamless, multi‑channel shopping experience. Champion Customer First mindset, deliver great service and NPS results.
- Trading Mindset: spot opportunities, act fast, keep store looking its best. Work with Deputy Manager & Team Leaders on campaigns.
- Process & Compliance: manage click & collect, stock loss prevention, health & safety, audit standards.
- Empower the Team: inspire leadership to think like owners, nurture talent, build succession plans.
