Your local store is looking for a minimum of 8-24 hours per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. From the first coffee poured to the final smile shared, every moment in Pausa is a chance to brighten someone’s day - and you’ll be right at the centre of it all.

You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
