Your local store is looking for a Sales Assistant - Click & Collect, working 16 hours per week at £12.71 per hour for those aged 18 and over, and £8.00 per hour for those aged 16-17.
Every visit to our store is a chance to make someone’s day, and you’ll be right there to ensure it happens, from the first hello to the final thank you. Our Click & Collect customers expect a service that’s fast, accurate, and fuss-free. They’ve already made their choices - now they’re counting on you to deliver them. You’ll understand the importance of getting it right first time, every time, and take pride in making sure every order is ready to go when it should be.
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll be customer-obsessed – consistently considering the impact of your actions on the customer experience and striving to deliver joyful experiences in the most effective and thoughtful way.
- You’ll be quick and precise, locating products from the shop floor and warehouse, ensuring every item is exactly what the customer ordered.
- You’ll work quickly but carefully, delivering on our time promises.
- You’ll be using handheld devices, mobile printers, and sales systems to manage orders, print labels, and keep everything ticking along.
- You’ll be organised, keeping our back of house storage area neat and tidy, ensuring orders are easy to find and ready to go.

- You’ll take in daily courier drops, check everything has arrived safely, and get parcels ready for collection.
- You’ll be trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life, such as:
